Biography
Dr. Ching-Chuan HUANG is currently working as a Professor at Department of Civil Engineering in National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He received his post-doctoral research fellow from Delaware University, USA. He completed his Ph. D. of Civil Engineering from University of Tokyo, Japan. He completed his Master of Engineering from University of Tokyo, Japan and Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Chung -Yuan University, Taiwan.
